My Project

Yesterday I went to the quilting store to sign up for a class Ashley and I are going to do, we are going to make Christmas tree skirts. When I was there I saw this darling Christmas table runner, so I bought the kit and began making it tonight, it is going to fun working on it. I always like to do some sort of project in the fall and winter, especially in the fall when Eric works long hours. Let me know if you like the runner. Chari, you need to teach me how to knit, I am sure that would keep me busy trying not the stab anybody with the needles.:)

I love the runner! Keep us updated on the progress! Regi (in my blog links) does quilting also... she has posted several of her projects.

I would love to teach you to knit! My knitting has been a little "lonely," because I don't know any fellow knitters! (Other than just a stitch or two.) I learned through http://www.knittinghelp.com/ Her videos are awesome! (I have a hard time following written directions to know how to put the needles. It's great to watch her do it step by step.)

I like the Christmas ticker! (It wasn't there when I left the first comment!)

Are you listening to Christmas music yet? I got Jim Brickman's new cd earlier this week! :) I've been enjoying it!

I didn't find the ticker until after you had visited. At Tickerfactory.com you can make all kinds of tickers, it's quite neat. Yeah, am listening to some Chirstmas music, not all the time like I will come the end of October. I am hoping to put my tree up around the first of November. :)
