Mommy Moments Monday ~ 3 Loves

 1.  Miss Piper ~ lovable, full of energy, asking 400 questions a day...you have to try hard to stay ahead of her.  Love my beautiful little girl.
 2. Mr. Blake ~ giggle box, crawling/walking along furniture, red head...this little guy will steal your heart.
3. Miss Brenna ~ sweet, cuddly(sometimes), loves her Mommy most of all, crawling, clapping...this little girl will make you want to kiss baby cheeks.

Mommy Moments Monday...Catching Up

Wow, what a crazy last few weeks we have had...sorry I have missed so many post.   I will try to give you a little peek at what has been going on in our lives.  The first weekend in Sept. the small town of Stockport had their annual festival and with it was the Prince and Princess contest.  Of course Piper wanted to be in it and she once again won,  the judge loved the fact that she was talker. (Smile!)
Mr. Blake is VERY mobile,  he is crawling and pulling up to everything.   Brenna more then likely be crawling by the end of the week.  Help, I am not ready to chase two of them around.
The duo are teething,  Blake has two bottom teeth, Brenna is just thinking about some.   This makes for crying in the middle of the night, (un)restful naps and just general crankiness.    Poor Mommy!
So that is my excuse for not posting this last week busy and we also had revival at church so that made things even busier.    Hope to get back to regularly scheduled programing soon. :)

Back in Time

This last week we spent time in the 1850's, at the Log Village during Midwest Old Threshers Reunion.   We love this time we get to dress in our prairie clothes and just enjoy life the way it was way back then.
Mr. Blake in his cute baby dress.
Miss. Brenna stuffing a block in her mouth.
And me, myself and I popping popcorn over the fire.   I also helped make lye soap, demonstrate washing clothes using a washboard, grinding coffee and tying rugs.
Piper got to spend some time in the school with her cousins,  she thought she was big stuff.
These are the students that were in the school this year.
