*Warning very picture heavy post! We had to leave our house at 5:30 Monday morning and head to Iowa City for Miss Piper's eye surgery. She did great and slept most of the way there.
She thought it was all a great adventure to go some where with Mom, Dad and two Grandma's.
In the children's waiting room, she loves fish.

In recovery... finally calmed down.
Back home and doing great. Thank You everyone for your prayers, the surgery went well and we were home in a few hours. Piper is doing great, the swelling is minimal and she has not messed with the stitches. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers.

I am sooo happy everything went well for Ms. Piper. I was sure thinking about her that day. I can't imagine having to put Brody under at such a young age, always a mother's worst fear. So glad she is home and doing so good! Take care! By the way, your pictures gave me goosebumps, just for the simple fact, I would have been a mess if I had to go through what you did.
