NeeNee & Grumpy come to visit.

Blake looks way too big sitting here all by himself.
Sweet Brenna was too interested in all the goings on to look at Mommy.
Piper enjoyed our trip to the pumpkin patch with my parents,  she had a great time in the play area.
Watching a parade with some of her favorite people.
Looks like Grumpy has the touch...Shh.
Picture got a little mixed up, oops.    Piper and NeeNee picked the perfect pumpkin.
 Checking out the corn pool.
Brenna seems to be saying "I would like that corn cooked please."
And yes, I found corn in the laundry the next day. :)
And to top off a great week,  kisses from a sweet little boy.

Dressed For Fall

Welcome, so glad you stopped by to see my fall Living Room decor.  First off is the entryway, I absolutely love my bench, it makes such a cute place to sit seasonal decor and also houses all off our winter mittens, hats and scarves.
Come on in and have a seat in the living room. I am loving my recliner, not exactly the color I would have chosen but the price was very reasonable (FREE). And hey, off white goes with about anything, right?  Can't you just feel that cool autumn breeze blowing the curtains, makes you want to sit, read a book and have a latte'.
Now to the other side of the room, still loving my photo display above the couch.  I am thinking of putting Christmas pictures of  Piper in the frames for the Christmas/winter season.  What do you lovely readers think?
The little corner nook, I am loving the way this turned out this year.  Special memories displayed for all to see, the couples in the photos are my grandparent~ right frame: Jack and Clara Norwood(Mom's parents), left frame: Ed and Dorothy Robinson(Dad's parents). The shadow box on the bottom shelf hold a drawing by my Great Grandma Brasher(Mom's Grandma) and the crayolas she used to draw with.  The pumpkins were made by my Grandad Jack Norwood.
And lastly the piano, with her touches of fall.  Thank you for stopping in for a visit, stay tuned for the unveiling of a much needed makeover. I am very excited to show all of you what I have been up to.

Fall Photo's

Just thought I would post a few favorite fall photo's of my little pumpkin, she is growing up way too fast. She was 8 months in the above photo, don't you just want to squeeze those chubby cheeks.
Such a big girl at 1 1/2 years, full of life.
2 1/2 years going on 10.
We have been very busy around here thus the absence of post, sorry faithful readers. Since I posted last I have started babysitting a 3 1/2 month old little boy and of course I still watch Keagan (3). So I have been very busy, I almost forgot how much time a baby takes, He is a great little guy though.
We are having a great beginning to the autumn season, cool weather and beautiful days. I hope to get some projects complete soon and post the completed projects.

Snippets our life

Trying to walk in Daddy's shoes.
Hello to all my fans, Thank you for reading Mommy's blog and seeing all my "cute" pictures.
Harvest is going great, the guys should be done in the next two weeks. That is wonderful, last year they did not get done until December due to rain. God has smiled on us this year and given us beautiful fall weather.

My sweetheart combining beans. Piper is not convinced it's beans, she loves to say "corn, corn, corn."

Life on the farm

Harvest is in full swing here at the Miller farm, I believe half the corn is harvested and the guys started on beans today. The corn can wait in the field without being damaged but when the soybeans are ready they have to be harvested right away or else they become to brittle and will just break into pieces when combined. This city girl has learned all kinds of fun farm facts since becoming a farmers wife.

If you are scared of heights this is not the job for you. Eric had to climb up and make sure the auger was set in the right place, don't want corn to spill all over.
Little farm girl playing in some spilled corn, the weather has been beautiful so Piper and I have been taking advantage of it. We have been spending lots of time "bombining" with the guys. That is Pipers way of saying combine.
Combining with Grandpa is one of her favorites things to do, she even took an hour and half nap on the floor of the combine.
Filling the wagon with corn, lots of fun to watch.
This past weekend we went to a local fall festival, the scenery was beautiful.
My cute little pumpkin.

How tall will I be next year?

Pumpkins and a Pretty girl.

This past Saturday Piper, Nana and I went to a great pumpkin patch. They had so many activities, different variety's of squash and pumpkins and of course lots of great photo opportunities.
These are just a couple of my favorite ones, check out my Facebook album for more.
Sunday I dressed Piper in a jumper I wore when I was little, of course she was adorable.

Isn't she just the most beautiful thing ever.

Leaf fun...

Yesterday Payton told me it was sunny enough to go outside and play in the leaves, so that is just what we did. Yes, it might have been sunny but that still did not make it very warm. Cold doesn't seem to effect these leaf lovers though.

1-2-3 JUMP!

Throwing the leaves in the air and in my hair.

I don't know if I should be crawling in these Mom, maybe you should pick me up.

Fall Fun

Autumn's splendor

What a beautiful day to play outside.

Our little pumpkin. Isn't she a doll?

No pictures now Mom, I'm looking at the cat.

Mommy carved me a Jack-O-Lantern, Yeah!

Parade watching with Payton

Are they going to throw Candy? That is the question Payton kept asking me this morning. I went to a small town close by for their Fall Festival and Craft show, and to go to the parade with Payton. I ended up taking her down to watch it by myself because her Mom was helping run a garage sale. We had a great time seeing all the people and floats and most of all getting Candy.
I have had some fun playing around with these photos, I have been using Picnik to edit them. Does anybody know of a better photo editor, I am always willing to try new ones.
Old Glory!
Waiting for the Candy.
Getting stickers from the clown.
The source of the "banging" noise. You could hear them before you could see them
and she wanted to know what the noise was.

Hayride, Flowers & Payton...

Here are a few pictures of our annual church hayride. The weather was perfect this year, warm in the afternoon and then cooler when the sun went down. Some years have been absolutely miserable because of the cold.
Here is Eric trying his had at "burning" hotdogs. Not really, his didn't look very cooked at all.
Benjamin (our Pastors little boy) wanted to try bobbing for apples like the big kids.
Yesterday Eric and Payton went out to get the mail, when they came back they brought me these pretty yellow flowers. Thank You, I love both of you.
Does anyone need their car cleaned? Here is a pretty little girl to clean it for you. We went to the shop the other day and her car needed to be cleaned off before she could play in it. She of course had a great time cleaning it and riding all around.
