Christmas Day 7, 8 & 9

 WooHoo, our internet seems to be working again.  So back to our days of Christmas post. 
Friday night we had Payton and Keagan spend the night,  Piper was one excited little girl,  she loves having them come over.  Here the girls are looking at the book and listening to "The Polar Express."

On Saturday we took the three kids to a live animal Christmas play in a town near by.  They loved the fact that this BIG camel walked right by our seats.  They seemed to enjoy the play very much.  Well Piper loved all but the part about King Herod,  it was a little scary for her.

Sunday day 9 was a busy day and on top of it I did not feel well.  So the only picture I took was Lucas the Elf hanging on the mistletoe waiting for someone to kiss him.  

Randomness...

Well it has been awhile since I have posted and my Dad is complaining about not seeing his sheepdog a.k.a Piper. So here is a bunch of random pictures for him and you to enjoy. The above picture is Piper being her normal goofy self.
In the last month Piper gave up her Binky, the Binky Fairy came and took it and gave her a kite in return. She thought it was a fair trade and has not asked for the Binky since. Yeah for Miss Piper. Sniff, Sniff for Mommy, my baby is growing up.

Fish food anyone? Piper and Keagan were playing in the kitchen(getting along real good) and then I hear "Uh-oh, yucky, spill fish food". You never know what two 2 year olds are going to get into, at least they did not try to feed the fish.

I heard Piper yelling "Help me" and when I found her she was behind the love seat, I still don't know how she got there. Silly girl!

My Dad informed me that my blog had not been updated recently, in other words no new pictures of Piper had been posted. So here are a couple of new ones just for Poppa and anyone else that wants to see the little monkey. I babysit Keagan on Mondays and lets just say two 2year olds are quite crazy.

Still alive!

We are still alive here on the farm but they way things have been going this week I was beginning to wonder. Miss Piper started running a high fever Monday night so we went to the Dr. on Tuesday, she had a sore throat. Wednesday still high fever and she would hardly eat or drink, Thursday evening we went to the ER only to discover that she now had double ear infection and the first medicine was not helping her at all. She is now on something different and is beginning to act like herself. So if you have ever had or been around a sick baby you get nothing done, thus the absence of post.

Leaf fun...

Yesterday Payton told me it was sunny enough to go outside and play in the leaves, so that is just what we did. Yes, it might have been sunny but that still did not make it very warm. Cold doesn't seem to effect these leaf lovers though.

The last of summer...

Frog Love...

Messy but Quiet...

I might have a messy living room but it sure is quiet around here. The kids have played hard all morning and now they are having nap time and I am having some "me" time.

Growing Girls...

If I put a brick on her head will it make her stop growing? Sunday night I put Piper is this cute outfit, she looked adorable. The only problem is it made my baby look too grown up. I love watching her learn new things and go through all the "baby" stages, but I am kinda sad cause my baby is getting to be such a big girl.
Well here is picture of my "other girl", Payton was in a wedding last week and then came to spend the night with us. I just can't believe how fast she has grown, it seems like just yesterday I kept her for the first time, she was two months old when she began coming to my house. Anyway just thought I would let you see my two beautiful girls, hope to get more updates soon. I have been working on the bathroom, that post will be coming shortly.

These two little girls are great friends. Payton is a great helper and Piper just loves her. Don't you just love the way she says Eskimo.

Kids, Kids, Kids...

Last night I took Piper to the circus with Shawna and her kids. This is the best picture I got of Payton riding the elephant, hard to get a good one with a sleeping baby in your arms and people getting in front of you. We had a great time. Payton said it was "Awesome"!
I finally got all three kids to sit still long enough to get a picture of them. Payton is 31/2, Piper is 3 months and Keegan is 11 months. Can you say "Busy", well that is what I am two days a week.

A day in my life...

Here are a few pictures of a day in the life of a mother and babysitter. Poor Piper having to feed herself and to top it off she is sick with a cold.
Payton and Keegan having a great time making a big mess. Payton did clean it up though. What's a little mess when they are having such a great time and staying out of my way.
And while the kids were playing and eating Mommy Missy was making mess of her own. It was my day to make the meal for revival, of course I had to make our lunch too. So now you know what my house is like two days a week.
*Note: Please call before coming to visit, I will clean the laundry off the sofa so you will have a place to sit and wash a glass so I can offer you something to drink.

Our busy life...

Well this week has been a busy one, I started babysitting again. Payton 3 1/2, Keegan 10 months and Piper 2 months, they keep you hoppn'.
