Capturing December ~ Day's 8 & 9

 Aren't these two just the cutest in their plaid pj's   They were enjoying a snack on the kitchen floor while Mommy and Daddy made some treats to take to a church potluck.

We got a little snow on Sunday and so Miss Piper had to go out and play in it this morning.  She did not stay out long,  it was 13 degrees at the time.   Brrr!

Birthday party preparations are well under way ~ Reindeer theme. 
  Since the twins birthday is on Christmas Day we decided to have their 1st birthday party early.   So I am feverishly trying to get everything ready for a party tomorrow.    More pictures to come later.

Capturing December Day 4 & 5

Day 4 ~ Piper is enjoying this "Happy Birthday Jesus" ornament, it can be set to count down until Christmas and when you push a button it plays "Happy Birthday to Jesus."

Day 5 ~ Miss Piper enjoyed her cup of hot chocolate on this cold, blustery day.  Sprinkles and whipped cream make cocoa so much better.

 Trying to get some of my wrapping done this evening...my closet is way too small to hide gifts.

Piper wrapped a present to Mommy and wrote on the tag all by herself...so sweet.

Today we spent the morning in Omaha doing a little shopping.  Eric captured this neat shot of an old building downtown.   We had a very enjoyable time but we were ready to come home and hug and kiss out kiddos.   And they were very happy to see Mommy and Daddy.
